Administrative Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain database and create new organizational methods
  • Prepare professional documents utilizing all MS Office applications
  • Process and file incoming/outgoing documents
  • Research information and provide resolution to any issues requiring attention
  • Handle incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Research, coordinate, and staff outreach events
  • Data entry
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks is critical

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to shifting priorities
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical skills
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills

Flash Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining ongoing projects and applications in ActionScript 2.0
  • Scripting Flash Interfaces and Applications in ActionScript 3.0
  • Working with Senior Flash Designers to maintain design integrity
  • Developing stand-alone & client-server Flash applications
  • Staying up-to-date on new Flash and web interface-related technologies

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A deep understanding of ActionScript-centric Flash development
  • AS2/Flash 8 - AS3/Flash 9
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Flash ActionScript, HTML, JavaScript, XML and CSS
  • Web programming (DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, CGIs)
  • Experience with web technologies, platforms and browsers.
  • OOP/OOD background.
  • Previous experience or an avid interest in Flex development is not required but would be considered an asset.
  • As a key member of the Exomark team you will be working with our technical, creative, and management staff in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication and cooperation skills are a must.

Writer/Marketing Writer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and compose copy for a variety of print and online deliverables including web sites, ads, media releases, brochures, e-learning courses, and formal marketing proposals
  • Proof-read, edit, and modify materials to meet client specifications
  • Work with creative team to develop ideas and campaigns
  • Collect and organize materials and requests from clients

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in both marketing and formal writing (may be asked to provide samples)
  • Experience interacting with clients; strong customer service skills
  • Organized; Detail Oriented
  • HTML experience would be considered an asset
